These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Celove website and the services we provide. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Celove ("we", "us", or "our") operates from Stockholm, Sweden and Hong Kong SAR.

1. Services

Celove provides livestream production, camera crew and filming support, creator and influencer collaboration, MCN and talent management, livestream training, e-commerce consulting, content production, equipment rental, and related digital commerce services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are agreed in a separate proposal or contract.

2. Quotations and pricing

Package descriptions on this website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed through a custom quotation based on your requirements. Quotations are valid for the period stated within them and are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and payment

A confirmed booking and any applicable deposit may be required to secure production dates and resources. Payment terms, methods, and schedules are set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or Airwallex.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees for late changes, are specified in your engagement agreement. We will always aim to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any brand assets, products, or content you supply.
• Comply with applicable platform rules and laws when livestreaming or selling.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Celove retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of contracting as specified in your engagement agreement. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
